Processing Time:
All Kiorè Hair orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday). This timeframe does not include weekends or holidays.

 

Shipping Time:
Once your order has shipped, US delivery typically takes 2-5 business days and international delivery typically takes 7-21 business days depending on your location. 

 

Tracking Information:
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to begin reflecting movement.

 

Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Kiorè Hair is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages:
Once your package is in the hands of USPS, we are no longer responsible. If your package is lost, delayed, or marked delivered but not received, you must file a claim directly with the carrier.

 


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

At Kiorè Hair, every bundle is sourced with care, inspected by hand, and packaged to meet luxury standards. Due to the hygienic nature of raw hair products, all sales are final.

 

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

 

If you have questions about texture, length, fullness, or selecting the right bundles, our team is happy to assist you prior to placing your order.

ORDER CANCELLATION

 

Once an order has been placed on the Kiorè Hair website, it immediately begins processing. For this reason, we do not allow order cancellations, changes, or modifications under any circumstances.

 

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, this includes selecting the correct lengths, textures, quantities, and shipping address.

ORDER ISSUES & SUPPORT


If you experience any issues with your order, such as receiving the incorrect item, a missing bundle, or a concern with your shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

 

Please email contact@kiorehair.com with your full name, order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue so our team can assist you promptly.
